A Mother's Love
Although they live on opposite sides of the country and have never met, KC Hutter and Ruthann Dunder have a lot in common –– their love for the Lord and the loss of a son.
Having had many opportunities to talk to KC and Ruthann, I am inspired by their intense love for their children and strong faith in the Lord.
Only when the Lord wipes all tears from their eyes will their pain subside and the fullness of joy be restored. Until then, both of them passionately desire that the lives and deaths of their sons will draw others to Jesus Christ.
The time I have spent with KC and Ruthann has given me a glimpse of the amazing and unconditional love of our Lord for His children.
Mothers were created with a special capacity to love that reflects the love of our Creator.
May all mothers be blessed to discover one day that your labors are not in vain, your tears are not wasted, your words of instruction are not unheeded, and your sacrificial love made a difference.
Thank you for loving your children as an example of our Savior’s love for us all.
