• Renew Your Mind with Scripture and Develop Mental Discipline

Modify Your Diet: Discontinue Refined and Processed Foods. Reduce Sugar. Replace Junk Food with Nutritious (Organic when Possible) Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Whole Grains, Legumes, Raw (Unsalted) Nuts and Seeds, Lean Protein, Healthful Fats, and Plenty of Leafy Greens

• Do Not Overeat; Chew Food Thoroughly to Aid Digestion, Assimilation and Elimination

• Drink Adequate Amounts of Pure Water and Vegetable Juices

• Fast Occasionally

• Avoid Either Extreme of Compulsive Overworking or Persistent Laziness

• Exercise Regularly – Get Your Body Moving

• Rest One Day a Week to Rejuvenate Your Body, Mind and Spirit

• Be Refreshed by Obtaining Proper Sleep and Adequate Rest (Relax in a Hammock...)

• Abstain from Alcohol, Drugs and Needless Medications

• Remove Harmful Pollutants and Toxic Chemicals from Your Home and Workplace

• Use Wisdom to Prevent Careless Accidents and Injuries
